Regular Congress Fee - 6 April 2009 140 EUR
Regular Congress Fee - 7 April 2009 180 EUR
Regular Congress Fee - 8 April 2009 130 EUR
For the 3 days 330 EUR

Registration Fee includes: Congress proceedings on CD, simultaneous interpreting, on-line registration for matchmaking session, access to the exhibition, coffee-breaks and lunch, exhibition catalogue. The fee for 6th of April includes a cocktail invitation.

If 2 or more persons from one organisation attend the Congress – the first pays the full fee. The rest receive 10% discount.

  • Governmental, municipal and academic officials discounted fee - 3 days - 160 EURO

    It includes: Congress proceedings on CD, simultaneous interpreting, access to the exhibition, coffee-breaks and lunch, exhibition catalogue.

  • Students discounted fee - 3 days - 120 EURO
    		•
    (Verification of student status – a copy of ID card showing the age less than 28 years; personalised letter from the university proving the full-time student status. Please fax the copies to +359 32/ 945 459). It includes only attendance.

  • Cocktail invitation (for the attendees)

    (For accompanying person) - 30 EURO

    *1 free Congress pass for every 15 sq. m stand

    The participation at the Exhibition, Poster Session or by other advertising options does NOT include attendance at the Congress except where explicitly specified.

  • Participation cancellation

    In case of cancelling participation until March 30th, 2009 (only in written form), 50 Euro administrative costs will be charged. After this date the participation fee is not refunded. It is possible to transfer a booked pass to another person.

    Your details will be treated confidentially and won’t be given to a third party. You will receive regular business information from Bulgaria and abroad concerning your organization’s branch field. If you wish not to receive such information, please, inform the organiser.
